Service details

01Limited Company Accounts & CT600s

What's included

Preparation of year-end statutory accounts under FRS 102 Section 1A or FRS 105, the CT600 corporation tax return and supporting computations, and iXBRL tagging. Filing to Companies House and HMRC within the statutory deadlines, with a clear summary of the figures before anything is submitted.

Client benefit

You meet both filing deadlines without chasing, understand your corporation tax position before it falls due, and start the next year with accounts that are reconciled and ready for lenders, investors or a future sale.

What's outside scope

Statutory audit, group consolidations, and R&D tax credit claims are not included as standard. Where these are needed, they are quoted separately or referred to a specialist.

02Management Accounts & Reporting

What's included

A monthly or quarterly pack covering profit and loss, balance sheet, cash position and the handful of KPIs that matter to your business, with short written commentary on what moved and why. Delivered to an agreed timetable after the month-end close.

Client benefit

Decisions are made on current numbers rather than last year's accounts. Trends, margin pressure and cash issues show up early enough to do something about them.

What's outside scope

Detailed budgeting models, board-pack design and investor reporting beyond the standard pack are scoped and agreed separately.

03Tax Compliance & Advisory

What's included

Corporation tax, PAYE settlement considerations, dividend planning for owner-managed companies and a review of reliefs and allowances you may be entitled to claim. Deadlines are tracked and filings are prepared with a clear explanation of the position.

Client benefit

Fewer surprises at year end, a tax position you understand, and planning that is done before the year closes rather than after the opportunity has passed.

What's outside scope

Complex international structuring, trusts, inheritance tax planning and tax investigations are outside the standard service and are referred to or scoped with a specialist.

Client benefit

Returns are filed on time and reconcile to your books, VAT is not over- or under-claimed, and HMRC queries can be answered from records that are already in order.

What's outside scope

VAT registration applications, Option to Tax elections and customs or import agent work are handled as separate engagements.

Preparation and filing of the Self Assessment return covering employment, dividends, rental income, self-employment and capital gains. Includes a reconciliation of payments on account and a clear statement of what is due and when.

Client benefit

The 31 January deadline is met without a last-minute scramble, allowable expenses and reliefs are claimed, and you know your liability months in advance.

What's outside scope

Non-UK resident and non-domicile matters, and returns involving complex share schemes or trusts, are scoped separately.

06Sole Trader, Partnership & LLP Accounts

What's included

Annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships and LLPs, the partnership return (SA800) and partners' individual returns where required, and LLP accounts filed at Companies House. Includes guidance on the basis period reform and cash versus accruals accounting.

07Data Migration

What's included

A planned migration of your chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, open invoices and bills, bank feeds and historical balances to the new platform. Opening balances are reconciled to the closing trial balance of the old system and signed off before go-live.

What's outside scope

Custom integrations, app marketplace configuration and staff training beyond a handover session are quoted separately.

About Quantact

A new firm, led by
an experienced accountant.

I'm Umer, an accounting professional with over six years of experience working with UK businesses and accountancy practices. I specialise in year-end accounts, corporation tax compliance, bookkeeping and related accounting support, with extensive hands-on experience using Xero, QuickBooks Online, TaxCalc, etc.

Throughout my career, I've worked at senior accountant and team-lead level, managing assignments from initial records through to final accounts and tax preparation. I focus on accuracy, clear communication and meeting deadlines, so clients can have confidence that their accounting work is being handled properly.

I'm now bringing that experience directly to businesses and accountancy practices looking for dependable, flexible accounting and tax support.
